Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear

Time to meet the Three Balena Bears.

Meet RoBear:

 RoBear is one of Rob's nicknames that came from the french pronunciation of Robert (he took French in high school).  It stuck as a family nickname and an online alias.

Meet Sar Bear: 

One of my dear college friends calls me Sar Bear, and sometimes my family does too.  Not too much rhymes with Sarah, so I like this one :)

Meet Charlie Bear:

When I was pregnant and we started talking about the name Charlotte, we came up with the nickname Charlie Bear right away...and it stuck.  Next to Charlotte, it's probably the name we call her most.

Now that you've met all 3 Balena Bears (and you understand the blog name a little better), here's some video of our most recent adventure: solid food!!!!  We tried to make it not too hot, not too cold, but just right for our baby bear :) And she was certainly a trooper...we were very impressed!
